17.01.2022 Well done to all the Fit Happens runners in the 5km 10km & Half Marathon Majura Parkway Run today! There have been some great results already including a 1st in the men's half marathon & a 2nd in the women's half marathon. More results to follow shortly. Well done Team Fit Happens!!!

Trent has kicked off his overseas race season in Canada and has won the Heart of the Rockies Triathlon in British Columbia, AND The Peach Classic, Penticton Triathlon, a week apart. 07.01.2022 Wow, what a fantastic day that was! Thanks to all of those who came out today and joined us for paintball! I'm sure we've all come home with some impressive welts, bruises and cuts (Steph Hume especially), but that was a fun experience nonetheless! Unfortunately we didn't get Jeremy on the ground crying like a baby, so I guess it's game on for next time! Rest up and we will see you all at training throughout the week! ... Fit Happens team xx

A big pat on the back to you all for achieving fantastic results and some impressive PB's! It looks like the Fit Happens Thredbo Training Camp for 2018 has produced a top 10 finish at the World 70.3 Triathlon Championships in South Africa.....let’s call it 9th!
