Each jar contains: 1/4cup oats, 1.5tsp chia seeds, 1tsp sunflowers seeds, 1tsp pepitas, 1/4tsp cinnamon, pinch of salt, 1/3cup almond milk, 2tbsp coconut milk, 2tbsp Greek yoghurt, 2tsp maple syrup, 1tsp vanilla essence.
