Buy the healthy food - leave the chips and chocolate behind. If it's going to take you 20 minutes to go get your sweet tooth fixed, it's less likely to happen. If you HAVE to go get some junk food, then only get enough to fix your immediate craving, not for the week!

Here are some fast facts from @cheatdaydesign to help you stop over-complicating your eating. 1. The frequency you eat doesn’t really matter. You might feel better eating more smaller meals, but it won’t affect your metabolism or weight loss. 2. If you want to lose weight, you need to be in a caloric deficit. It’s not necessarily easy, but it’s simple.... 3. Drink your water. It’s important for pretty much everything. 4. There is no food you CAN’T have. Restrictive diets that tell you that you have to avoid certain foods are not worth following. 5. If your goal is weight loss or weight gain, you technically don’t need to worry about your micronutrients, but they are very important for your overall health. 6. The exact way you split up your fat/protein/carbs depends completely on your lifestyle and needs. 7. There’s no time limit to when you’re allowed to eat. Enjoy a midnight snack if you really want to. 8. Don’t be afraid to eat fat. Women, eating enough fat is especially important for dem hormones. 9.
