Mind you, he also completed 3 spartans races, 3 triathlons and still managed to attend 3 classes per week with out fail. At age 46 his an inspiration to me and everyone at fit tribe. @ Fit Tribe

04.01.2022 *6 WEEK LOCKDOWN CHALLENGE* 1 Workout a minimum of 4 times a week. 2 Walk, run or cycle between (30-60) minutes everyday.... 3Stretch or do yoga for (30 minutes) every day. 4Eat clean for 7 days (you can have 2 cheat meals within the 7 days) 5No alchool *RULES* Workouts can be done via the zoom classes or on your own. Go outside everyday for at least 30 minutes. Its beneficial for burning calories & above of all, mental health!. Stretch/move your body everyday to promote good blood flow. Eat only natural foods ie: Chicken, meat, fish etc grilled/bbq/roasted unlimited Vegetables (limit your starchy veggies like potatoes) 1 to 2 pieces of fruit per day handful of nuts per day You can add a little cheese per day drink plenty of water *AVOID* Pizza, pasta, cake, chips, chocolate, soft drink, pastries, fast foods, alchool etc. You can have any of the foods above for only (2 meals per week) so I suggest you choose wisely! YOU GOT THIS
