23.01.2022 Due to the most recent outbreak and the high number of holiday makers in our region. I have made a choice to postpone our Christmas BBQ and drinks until a later date. In the interests of everyone I feel we need to up our vigilance a little. Thank you all for being so consistent with what we are doing in our gym cleanliness wise. I am so grateful.

Tomorrow we will have our new class timetable with a couple of exciting new additions. 21.01.2022 Many of you will have seen these two legends training hard around the gym over the past 6 months. Shelley and Paul have been training to compete in world championship rowing. The event was held virtually with the top 10 qualifiers competing in the final of each event. 1,000 athletes made the finals. Drum roll here. Shelley won Gold in 2km and Gold in the 500m, only half a second off a world record. ... Paul won silver in 500m Truly you are both outstanding athletes and humans. Congratulations

After hearing the very sad news yesterday of the closure of a local business I @michelleheryhealthcoach have received 5 messages with enquires about our memberships. Are we 24/7? Yes Do we have contracts? No Are we taking new members? Yes. But if you train between 4:30pm and 6pm. Following COVID procedures (we prefer to call it social edicate) we are pretty close to full. ... Do you have a sauna? Yes its Infrared and included in all memberships. Do you run classes? Yes 6am, 9am and 6pm. Can I sign up online? No. We want to induct you properly, we want you to know where everything is and we want to know your goals and training focus. Do we accept Fitness Passpirt? Yes On a side note we expect our much loved members to put their equipment away and clean up after themselves always be politely respectful of each other at all times always use a towel AND our most important attribute of our members is that you are a kind human. #fit2478
