25.01.2022 Morning all.. Unfortunately we are closing our gym today. We will be doing everything possible to keep our clients exercising through this unstable time. This includes online programming and live at home pt sessions and group Pt sessions with the use of zoom video conferencing . It's important for us to keep up our exercise routines for many reasons . 22.01.2022 Group sessions at fit2be aim to increase your strength , fitness , mobility and improve your core functionality whilst having a bit of fun in a supportive group. Currently sessions are available on Monday’s at 6 am and 8.30 am and Thursday, 8.30 am and 6 pm too Plus Saturday’s 7.45 am

18.01.2022 We have changed our group sessions at fit2be to reduce numbers in each group to 5 per session. We have added times to the schedule too.
