24.01.2022 When it comes to improving our nutrition, many of us have been told, quite matter-of-factly: Cut out liquid calories. No soda. No juice. No alcohol. (Oh, and no fun!) This well-meaning advice is at least partially justified. Most drinks don’t make us feel full, yet they compose about 20 percent of the average person’s daily calorie intake.... Yanking them out of your diet makes for a simple solution. The problem: It’s often not a welcome one. To find out more, go to https://fit2live.com.au/2019/11/what-should-i-drink/

15.01.2022 Watermelon is a surprisingly healthy fruit. It has a high water content (helping you feel full) and also delivers many other important nutrients, including lycopene and vitamin C, which help lower inflammation. These nutrients mean that watermelon isn’t only a tasty low-calorie treat, it’s also very good for your health! #smallchangesbigresults #eatwell #eatsmart #watermelon #fruit

08.01.2022 Healthy eating can be expensive, especially when you are limited to the produce available at any given time and the never-ending price hikes that popular products receive. Eat healthy and overcome this obstacle by utilising the freezer to your advantage. Click the link for our top tips. https://fit2live.com.au/2020/03/freezing-health-food/
07.01.2022 Did you know that we lose an average of 1L of water while sleeping just because of the humidity in our breath? That means we wake up dehydrated and in need for water replenishment. That's why health experts recommend you drink a glass of water when you wake up. It's a simple hack that will make you feel better and more energised. Try incorporating it this week and feel the difference.
