10.01.2022 Group training is back on TOMORROW! Training will commence 5.30pm tomorrow at Regency Park (Baseball club). Due to restrictions, social distancing will apply and no boxing sessions can be held until further notice. Instead we will be focusing on strength training . Masks are not required to be worn as we will be outdoor and as long as you keep to the 1.5m distance of others. Hand sanitisers will be available for use, and all equipment will be wiped down before and aft...er each session. Remember, if you are unwell, please stay at home. Please PM me if you have any questions or would like to attend.

You don't have to wear a mask indoors if you are doing strenuous aerobic exercise such as high-intensity interval training, cycling, running or team sport. Remember to: Stay hydrated.
