18.01.2022 Last session for the year with my Thursday Fit4kids kids. We have been working on footwork, speed and agility this year with these amazing kids - minus a few today (Cody, Aleah, Lizey, Lillian & Will, Millie, Blair & Tyson) and I love seeing them improve every week. Their attitude, determination and smiles make it all worthwhile and to see what they have accomplished this year, not only in sporting teams but also at school makes me so so proud! #proudfit4kidscoach #aimforthestars

10.01.2022 As it’s one of those days between Christmas & New Year’s when you aren’t actually sure what day of the week it is Fit4kids would like to look back and reflect on the year that was 2020 A unique year like no other but with definite highs & lows for our business. With Term 2 out of action we still managed to deliver programs to 20 Primary schools, 3 High Schools and 2 Preschools over 3 terms - over 3000 students participated in our programs. ... We welcomed 3 amazing coaches to our team, kicked off our preschool program and started delivering high school lacrosse programs. We saw the sale of our new hoodies, ran school Holiday programs, upgraded our coaching qualifications & mental health awareness, coached netball & touch football sessions and coached some pretty amazing kids in our after school speed, agility & fitness program. We have seen some amazing results in our Fit4kids kids not only in their sporting fields but also in their school achievements too. We have some exciting developments for 2021 - we have a new Fit4kids Coach who we are excited to introduce in the new year and we have partnered with Cricket NSW to deliver programs to schools. We can now offer to schools: Lacrosse Softball Touch Football Athletics Dance Cricket Fundamentals Hockey We hope all our Fit4kids families, friends, schools, students and teachers have a wonderful school holidays and look forward to a bigger and better 2021.
