But gym memberships are about $20 a week for a huge variety of classes and equipment. You probably spend more on coffee or beer. Also, walking and jogging are free. 2)"I'm tired" Yep, we all are. Turn off the telly, put away your phone and go to bed earlier.... 3)"I'm busy" I have corporate clients who work long hours every day, carry massive amounts of responsibility, then go home to young families.
