21.01.2022 Tasty biscuit snacks for the next few days! Ingredients: * 1 cup oats * 2 ripe bananas... * heaped tablespoon peanut butter * heaped teaspoon cinnamon * handful sultanas Cook for 15min at 180 then eat!

19.01.2022 It's important to have an idol guys. Someone who inspires and motivates you. For me, this has always been Bruce Lee. Personally, I'm not one for just lifting weights to get 'huge' - I want my training to have more meaning and purpose. I train to develop skills I admire in other people and to test my bodies limits. Who do you idolise?

14.01.2022 Movement - what the human race has evolved to do effectively over hundreds of thousands of years..yet..what so many of us do so little of now.. Hunting, traping, inventing, gardening, building - in a time before desk jobs, fast food joints, and the huge shopping centre down the street - our bodies had to complete these tasks regularly to survive. Most people in todays modern world never do any of these activities or only perform one as a chosen profession. We no longer need t...o with how easily we can obtain food and shelter. But our bodies have evolved to move..alot..everyday - it is essential to our mental and physical health. The solution really is simple - get up and movvvve! Find something you like to do and hook into it! It doesn't have to be gym..or running..it just has to get your heart rate up and some endorphins flowing.

13.01.2022 Home workout 2.0. No equip needed! Just an exercise/yoga mat/grassy area and you. Circuit 1. Reverse lunge & knee raise 2. T-push ups... 3. Ice skater jumps 4. Down dog mountain climbers 5. Split jumps 6. Single leg glute bridges 7. Single leg bent over reverse flys 8. Alternating V sit ups 9. Side plank hip bumps 10. Crunch jumps Complete 5reps/side for each exercise. Beginner - complete 2-3 sets. Intermediate - 4-5 sets. Advanced - smash out 5-6 sets. On the last set double the reps to 10/Side!! Get it!! Endorphins will flow. Body fat will be shed! HAVE FUN!

11.01.2022 Breakfast! The miracle meal..!! If you eat breakfast within one hour of waking up then you are 50% less likely to be obese. Also - Protein heavy breakfasts have been shown to decrease food cravings throughout the day. Do not skip breakfast! EVER! :P

As a trainer, I can tell within the first few minutes of training someone if they have stretched by how well they move. In addition to finding movements easier to master, if you stretch, you are also less likely to suffer from strains and sprains.

04.01.2022 My first triple digit BB Squat since knee surgery! 143% of my BW. I think I've been strong enough for a while now but the confidence hasn't been there! Anyone who has had to come back from a major injury knows how hard it is to trust the injured area again...Feels great to overcome your fear! :D
