18.01.2022 Tonight we have a Circuit class. Exercises will be body weight and dumbbells. Every exercise can be modified to suit ALL fitness levels! In my classes there is always something you can do! If you need that little extra push, I can also help you with that! 6pm tonight. $10 per person. Try 3 classes before you pay $40 12 months insurance.

Fitness is for you, and I can modify any exercise to benefit ALL fitness levels, from beginner to advance! $10 Per Person. (Try 3 classes before you pay the 12 months insurance of $40). TEN CLASS PASS is $80 (saves $20)
