25.01.2022 How often should you get a massage?? This is a common question that always pops up and the answer depends on your individual needs... It depends on how much pressure you’re putting on your body either physically (work, workouts etc) or mentally (study, stress, emotional needs etc)... Receiving massage regularly will have the most benefit. A massage once a week, or every two weeks would be ideal, but may not be realistic for every person so I recommend if you are at least getting a massage once a month you are on the right track. Whether you have a back injury or you find yourself feeling tight and stiff after a long day of sitting at work, increasing mobility of your lumbar spine and surrounding musculature is vital in managing/preventing pain.... Laying on your back bend one knee and slowly bring it over your body while concentrating on keeping both shoulders on the floor. Repeat on the other side. Do this about 5 times on each side.
