04.01.2022 Running has never come easy to me and has never been my first choice of exercise. But lately I have been pushing myself to do things a little bit differently. So this morning I started to run, with no set distance in mind, I just let my feet carry me as fast as they could and as far as they could. I realise it's not a super long distance, or a super fast pace, but this is definitely the furthest I have run in one go for quite a long time.
