15.01.2022 So this weekend is what I am calling the big DANCE. Last year I competed in the very first PLC FUNCTIONAL GAMES and this year I am there again. Looking back on the event it was one of the most physical and mental battle's I have faced since I started my fitness jouney. This year I am competing again this time with a better understanding of what to expect however you never know how the PLC family can flip the script lol As friday looms I will be taking time to reflect, stretch and mobilize as I prepare for a big weekend with the PLC FIT FAM! Most of all I have got last years male winner in my heat so that takes mental prep to the next level. 02.01.2022 I haven’t been well over the past week which has meant a few things have been put on the back burner especially fitness and with number 2 due in a few days now I need to make sure I’m 100% health wise.
