16.01.2022 There is no quick fix weight loss trick!!! It is about hard work and not allowing shit food to constantly pass your lips. You need to be dedicated, you need to be committed. It will be hard, there will be blood, sweat and tears. You will want to give up at some stage, but if you push through you will see results. Will it be worth it?.........most definitely!!!!

12.01.2022 You know, there are alternatives to eating bread for lunch.....grab a few large lettuce leaves put on your favourite healthy toppings (I enjoy Turkey breast and cranberries) then roll it up and.....CHOMP!!! Such a healthier option and super yummy. Go on give it a try!!!

We are our own worst critic and we don't do ourselves any favours by beating ourselves up mentally and physically. Our bodies don't respond well to negativity, stress and pressure.
