This morning I asked her who it is apparently it’s me she said I have lots of muscles because I am strong. 12.01.2022 I would like to do a shout out to one of my beautiful clients Cassie Cassie has been working her arse off over the past few months, tracking her calories, working hard 4 times a week at bootcamp and it’s paying off. Not only has she lost an amazing 38.5cm/10kg she is looking FABULOUS Well done Cassie, I am so bloody proud of you! Thank you for allowing and trusting me to help you on your journey
