23.01.2022 Mark Richardson boxing is back at fitbugs. Boxing classes are on at the following days and times. Tuesday 7pm Thursday 7pm Friday 6pm... Saturday 7:30am. The cost involved is normally $10 per session but its on $5 per session for fitbugs clients. Booking is essential. Richo will be doing other small group boxing at different times but an increased cost will be involved. Please pass the word around and help richo out. Thanks all See more

09.01.2022 It's official!!! We've sadly said our goodbyes to Fitbugs! What a wonderful journey Dean Gray and I have been on! From days at the footy grounds, pokey garage...s, Shellharbour Saturday morning sessions with 6 min freezing cold pool recoveries, fun challenges, kids classes, and lastly taking on the warehouse and going bigger and better! We've had so much fun and met some awesome people along the way and developed lasting friendships. Everyone has been so amazing and you guys made our job very easy to do. In the end, running a business along with juggling jobs and family had taken its toll and something had to give. It certainly is bitter sweet but we are definitely looking forward to having a bit more normalcy in our lives. Time for new challenges and adventures Thanks again to all those who have supported us and been there for an awesome ride... You know who you are.
