24.01.2022 Seeing I have all this time I have been able to get back into my Plank Holds. I vary them up each day. Doing a 10 minutes hold, or (with Cats Dogs and other distractions) I sometimes break them up to two 5 minute holds. Everyday they help me maintain strength & condition though out my physical Body, bones & muscle, sockets & joints. Build patience, endurance & awareness.... My Mind calms, as my thoughts clear. As well as it lets my Spirit soar into dreams and lands in my own imagination, which Soothes my Soul Find your calming, mindful movement to maintain a peaceful balance to daily life at home.

04.01.2022 Update to all sessions with Fitbydesire Group sessions & PTs... (from Monday 22nd until further notice) All sessions will be all outdoors, keeping the social distance measure in place.... Also will be going online next week, with weekly Pilates routines for everyone to join me with, whilst in the comfort of your own space... making life easier to stay connected & healthy over these strange days ahead.
