20.01.2022 Hi Everyone, As of April 15th there will be no more Bootcamp at the Raby Bay Foreshore. I’ve decided that I will be going all in to continue to follow my dream in competitive sports and Obstacle Course Racing (OCR). FUTURE SESSIONS: I will still be taking personal training sessions, and casual group sessions. These are available on a casual and weekly basis. Please contact if interested.... Because of my background, results, and passion for OCR I will also be involved in training people for Obstacle Course Racing (Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, True Grit etc.) as a specialist trainer from beginners to elite level. Keep an eye out for workshops, programming, and future training sessions! Obstacle Course events are a goal to work towards, and test all components of fitness to make sure you are well rounded. OCR training has heaps of variety so your training never gets boring, it’s also a great way to challenge yourself physically and mentally. Keep an eye out for workshops, programming, and future training! It has been a pleasure working with you all over the last two years, and I’m very proud to see the positive changes you have made to your fitness, lifestyles, and body composition. I love seeing your passion for exercise, expanding your comfort zone, and trying new things. One of the big reasons I started bootcamps/group fitness was to have a group of people who would help each other get stronger simply by training together and being in each other’s presence. Many of you have discovered new interests, challenges, and training methods simply by sharing your story and inspiring each other. Iron Sharpens Iron. You’ve also inspired me. I look forward to seeing you all develop in the future, and continue working with some of you to achieve your goals. Over the next few months I will be developing some training focusing on Obstacle Course Racing so keep an eye out and stay in touch!! Refunds will be given for uncompleted sessions from April 15th 2015 (based on the per session rate for that payment method). If you have any questions. Feel free to get in touch. I appreciate the support from all of you! Talk to you soon!! Stan

18.01.2022 UPDATE: - STAN IS BACK! GROUP FITNESS AND FREE SATURDAY OBSTACLE TRAINING One of my aims since starting FIT BY STAN is to get people moving and exercising, not just for health and aesthetic purposes (they naturally happen as they are a bi-product of exercise and nutrition anyway), but to help people find ways to enjoy movement and training because it’s fun and opens up opportunities to experience the world, live a fulfilling life, and do anything you choose. I believe that: ...When you are FIT, creativity is your only limitation. This has now lead me to Elite Performance Gym where I am now taking up a role as one of the head coaches and co-creator of a brand new training system which has been designed to address and improve important areas of fitness which we believe are greatly neglected in our industry. If you’re a person who’s always wanted to: move well, get back from an injury or decrease your risk of sustaining one, learn a new and exciting ways to train, develop strength across a variety of different modalities (gymnastics, calisthenics, circus arts, primal & animal movement, weightlifting, tactical ability, coordination, balance), challenge yourself physically and mentally, and develop conditioning through a variety of hybrid and non-structural training styles. If this sounds like something that interests you, or you would like to find out more call me on 0432 414 285, send me a message, or come down to elite performance gym (unit 3/17 Neumann Rd, Capalaba) this Friday at 7pm for an information night. Also, as of this Saturday I will be coaching FREE Obstacle Race Training at Elite Performance Gym in Capalaba (every Saturday 6am) to help promote the sport of obstacle racing, help people discover new fun ways of training and develop a level of fitness, coordination, and confidence to approach any challenge you put your mind to.

17.01.2022 Anything can be learned.
