20.01.2022 Dumbbell or Barbell Bridges are a great #GluteBuilding exercise. If you find you have the tendency to slide back during this exercise, there is a solution! As you can see in this video I’ve placed 2x heavy dumbbells above Lina’s shoulders, this will stop her from slipping, and I’ve place a mat over them so it doesn’t hurt her shoulders and also provides a nice head rest This really allows you to focus on driving up into your glutes for an insane pump

So even if you don’t have the perfect legs or abs, still wear those shorts and rock that crop top! I’ll be right here with you, cheering you on sis!
