14.01.2022 This week Nikki from FitEx and our Fit College Careers Advisor Ebonee concentrated on physical, mental, and cognitive aspects of health, preventative health care and rehabilitation management outcomes. In conjunction with this focus, Optimum Health Solutions welcomed the team in for a tour and chat at their Mornington Allied Health Clinic. Optimism Health Solutions currently have three branches, one inside Oceana Health and Fitness in Mornington, one inside Healthy Horizons... in Dodges Ferry and in 6-8 weeks they will be opening their newest branch in Moonah. Their crew consists of 6 Exercise Physiologist, 7 Occupational Therapists including a Paediatric certified Occupational Therapist, 2 Physiotherapists, 1 Dietitian and 1 Allied Health Assistant. Due to having a range of allied health professionals they are able to provide a multi-disciplinary approach to each of their clients. Optimum Health Solutions are able to treat a whole range of conditions and are well equipped with a Hydrotherapy pool with a hoist, as well as their brand new Paediatric facility which allows them to treat a wide range of conditions.
