22.01.2022 Another prac session at Melbourne Strength & Conditioning where our Cert III and IV students from both the June and September intakes caught up on some of the practical skills required to finish off their certifications! 20.01.2022 Some of our Cert IV students from Fountain Gate doing their Strength and Conditioning deliveries at teacher Aimee’s home studio last night! Students are back, yes, but with restrictions. They are avoiding peak hour at the gym and training in alternate open spaces. Our 2020 students are masters of modifying programs to suit their surroundings and are definitely able to think outside the box! Adaptability is an incredibly important skill as a PT!

20.01.2022 #hottiptuesday Poor time management is where stress can really start to pile on but it doesn't have to! Here are a few tips for how to manage your time wisely. Write it down! Making a list of what needs to get done can help you be more organised. Prioritise what needs to be completed now and what can wait.... Try and focus on one task at a time so that you don't feel like you have a million things half done. and just breathe! It'll all work out.

19.01.2022 Missing a couple but it’s the final class today for the Full Time Fountain Gate and Prahran group here in Victoria! Teacher Ian said, "A great bunch to teach, who always asked a lot of questions and applied themselves really well. Can't wait to see them out in the field eventually, and to keep working with them into the future" We know it hasn't been the most ideal situation in VIC but we're SO proud of each and every one of you for adapting and persevering! Congrats!!
