01.01.2022 Great catching up with my challengers this morning Sharing wins and speed bumps #wins ... - Been a great week so much tasty food - Kids and hubby are loving it - Out for lunch and didn’t feel deprived and made good choices - Tummy is feeling good and body is thanking me - I’ve realised that I eat at times due to boredom. I’ve already stopped myself saying I don’t really want that ..... - the workouts just fit in - I’ve been getting up earlier to train and it feels good #speedbumps - mountain climbers - but not much else to report Wanna join us ?
