14.01.2022 TODAY WASN’T MY BEST DAY!! These past few weeks have been a bit of a roller coaster for me, I seen my beautiful lil girl start school this week and her learning future ahead for her (letting go as a Mumma sucks and it’s hard), I have been feeling extremely off and suffering absolutely crippling headaches, this is day 5 of them and had a lot happening in my personal life. But today was just a whole new level of low, I not only had the headache but physically flat and mentall...y exhausted, I STRUGGLED to do this workout and it hurt.
