Nil Grapple to occur in our Muay Thai classes during this time. Stepping up to ensure you all continue to train in a safe environment!! If your unwell, please don’t attend! Due to dri...veway & maintenance - Repairs’s to the entry of Unit 10/Bluegum Cl, TUGGERAH. Please see attached details & enter with caution. I’m sorry for inconvenience - however this is the best I could arrange. Alternatively we were going to have to shut for the week!!

13.01.2022 On #RUOK Day I wanted to just share how much Fite108 Muay Thai/Boxing & MMA has helped my son. He has been attending classes for the past 4 or so months and I h...ave seen such a shift in his mental well being. I don't think we can ever underestimate how much physical activity helps with mental health and I am so grateful he has found something he loves and is passionate about. 11.01.2022 This year we had 31 fights from our fighters team @ Fite 108 - Fighters Well Done!! It’s been a pleasure to watch our fighters & students develop the skills of Muay Thai, Gain Confidence, fitness & achieve many different goals!! I am very Thankful for all our members, & assistant trainers/admin for the assistance & ongoing support. ! ... We @ Team Fite108 hope you had an awesome 2019! Have a Great Festive Season, Stay Safe & enjoy your Holiday. After class today we are closed & re open 6th Jan for a massive 2020!!
