It’s been a pleasure to watch our fighters & students develop the skills of Muay Thai, Gain Confidence, fitness & achieve many different goals!! We will have New Years - challenge watch this space... Temperature Check will be a requirement & if Unwell at all no attendance ... It smells better than a hospital!!! PM for details of ISO return Outdoor Training Requirements!!

01.01.2022 Hey guys I am excited to announce we will start back with outdoor Training as of Tomorrow 9:15am: I will need you to book in to confirm attendance, we can only have 8-10 including Me: https://www.picktime.com/Fite108... I have to prioritise those whom have been continuing payment and doing the online training during this shutdown period. However please book in, and if you're unable to book in, and you're one of the ongoing members, PM me. You will be required to do the following: 1: Spray your hands on entry to the gate 2: Temperature will be checked - if over 37.5 No entry :( 3: Beneficial to have the COVID19 APP 4: You will be required to do social distancing during the sessions -outdoors only, If you need to use toilet/changeroom this can be arranged -spay down afterwards 5: Class will be 45min - Non contact, bag work and technique only - with 5-10min clean down afterwards - and 5min to leave prior to next session. 6: No staying on the driveway or training areas are allowed 7: There will be no seats for spectators 8: If you feel unwell at all don't come IF we adhere to these principles - this will help us to be able to re open the doors sooner.
