15.01.2022 How To Use The GSD Method and Become Motivated To Smash Your Goals Instantly Ever had your brain say I feel too tired today, I’ll go gym tomorrow? That little evil voice inside your head is called - procrastination.... And it’s the destroyer of all goals and dreams. Whether it’s fitness, business or anything that will drive you forward in life. You see our brains are programmed for survival. They’d much rather you having a six pack of Coronas than six pack abs Our brains want us to stay SAFE and in our comfort zone. 14.01.2022 Your Food Choices Dictate Your Results Man I wanna smash some sushi today - said my brain today as we headed to the beach. My partner was craving it.... And well - I’ll never say no to sushi. Cravings kicked in... But then I saw my arms in the mirror of one of the cars - looking semi pumped, veiny and kinda lean (lol what a loveo) And I thought to myself: You’ve come so far - don’t be an idiot. Make some smart food choices So we still hit the sushi place But - all I had was a few plates of mostly - salmon sashimi, beef tataki, salmon salad - which hit the spot and was mostly all protein and healthy fats. Moral of the story? Being able to get into an amazing shape - is all about making smart food choices - which is 80% of the battle. Always remind yourself of how far you’ve come and why your goals really matter. ^^This will keep you focused and keep on track no matter what temptations you have. So make those smart choices, follow your diet religiously - and you will see those god-like results

10.01.2022 You Don’t Have To Be Fit To Start, But You Have To Start To Become Fit You see I wasn’t born fit. In fact I grew up quite unfit.... I had the worst genetics. But I didn’t cry about it. I took action. I decided to take control. I wanted to become fit. So I can live life and be happy. Most people think you have to: Have superior genetics, age or skills: In fact the opposite is true. All you need is DETERMINATION. You need Action, Consistency: To create a body you can be proud of. So you can take photos of yourself. You can wear the clothes you want. You can hit the beach shirtless: And be happy and confident with yourself. The time for change is NOW! No more BS, we’re done with that. Let’s aim for RESULTS! Let’s aim to change YOUR life!
