22.01.2022 So it's day 3 into our July SUGAR FREE Challenge! How are people going? Once you survive the first week I promise things will get so much easier!!! In fact the first three or four days are the hardest as your body is having withdrawal. Yes sugar is an addictive drug that is harmful for your body when eaten in too high doses! My advice is hang in there!

10.01.2022 Ok so it's time for a RESET CHALLENGE! For the month of July FFT are encouraging you to join in on our Sugar Free month! Yes we are going to reduce the sugar intake per day to a maximum of 4 teaspoons to fall in line with the World Health Organisation. The benefits of reducing our sugar intake is great, you can expect less inflammation, lower cholesterol, better heart health, clearer skin, clearer mind, better sleep, improved memory, to name just a few! So keep checking back here as we get closer to July 1 as we will have some more information as well as interesting facts to help you overcome the sugar addiction!!!

06.01.2022 Looking for some ideas on what you could eat over the next few weeks? Here is a little example of some great breakfast ideas... Idea 1 Scambled eggs, 1/4 sliced avocado and 1/2 sliced tomato Idea 2... Poached egg with steamed Kale add salt and pepper Idea 3 Banana Smoothie with Peanut Butter and made with unsweetened Almond Milk, variations could be to add some cocoa. Idea 4 Soft or hard boiled egg with apple slices Idea 5 Vegetable and egg scamble ( steam some vegies and then in a pan add the eggs whisked together and then once cooked toss in the veggies). Idea 6 Good old bacon and eggs over some Spinach These are easy to prepare and are great options for helping curb the sugar at breakfast time!
