24.01.2022 Bye bye Karnak rd studio. Thanks for being FFA head quarters for the past 6.5 years. Special thanks to Leila and Colleen for being brilliant co-renters. Lots of great memories. Now it’s time to move on to a new location for the next chapter...

23.01.2022 Today we had team Fit for All flying around the Glenvale criterium course. It was Jack’s first youth race and Tammy’s attempt to keep up with the B grade girls

21.01.2022 What a world we are now living in! It’s times like these we need to be caring, compassionate and creative. We also need to stay healthy and active. Now that our studio doors are closed we are heading online to do all of that in the comfort of your lounge room - FFA @ Home. Contact us for more details: [email protected]

15.01.2022 This is how we roll these days...online sessions in full swing. Having a lot of fun instructing with kids, pets and partners even joining in. Whatever gets us all active, smiling and feeling good again. So proud of all our clients getting on board and giving it a go

15.01.2022 After the relaunch into our new premises just this week, today we hear the news of going into lockdown #2. Not ideal but it seems this needs to happen in order to get back control of this virus. So we will be moving back to our outdoor and online model that got us through lockdown #1. Let’s all stay safe and healthy in this time. We will be in touch with all clients tomorrow to arrange accordingly. We can do this

14.01.2022 A quick shout out to all of our amazing clients who for the last 12 weeks have adjusted to our online delivery of sessions. Just a few more days to go then from Monday we get to see each other face to face for our final week in our Ashburton studio. A big and exciting few weeks coming up!

12.01.2022 What a big weekend! It all kicked off on Friday night when handed the keys to the new studio. Then it was all about painting. Transformed this colorful shop into the beginnings of a stylish Fit for All PT studio. Next will be laying the flooring, sign writing, adding equipment then styling.

12.01.2022 Beware of creative home workouts! Sometimes things go horribly wrong... https://youtu.be/Y0a568GfVds

05.01.2022 Happy Easter everyone! Sorry if this ruins it for you...

03.01.2022 I don’t often post many fitness articles as there is often so much false information out there particularly when it comes to weight loss. It’s a multi billion dollar industry and we are always looking for the quickest and easiest way to achieve it. Sadly though, quick fixes aren’t the answer as they simply aren’t sustainable and they can do long term damage to your body, mindset and metabolism just to name a few. It comes down to rolling up your sleeves and doing the work consistently. There are many training methods you can employ to achieve this but one that should be part of everyone’s regime is resistance training. Here is a great article that explains it perfectly: https://theconversation.com/resistance-training-heres-why-i

02.01.2022 Some ‘iso’ reading for those interested in following my knee recovery. The saga still hasn’t ended! https://www.fitforall.net.au/blog/third-time-lucky

01.01.2022 We were super excited to hear this announcement from our Premier yesterday. Can’t wait to see all our awesome clients in person again. The Monster has missed you also

01.01.2022 I couldn't be prouder of our FFA clients who are committing to maintain their health and wellness with our online 30min zoom sessions throughout this Covid pandemic. It's a great chance to check in with how everyone is coping and adapting. We all agree it's not easy and some days we all feel flat. But even a simple 30mins of exercise can boost up energy and positivity to get us through the day. I love it when kids and pets also get involved. This week I had Amy and her pet rabbit get into some lunges together.
