25.01.2022 Week 4 consisted of medicine ball relays! Ab workouts, battleropes, pushups you name it these girls SMASHED IT! Guys need to grow a pair! because these ladies are dominating the Bootcamps

19.01.2022 We took to Mount Buller on Sunday for a trek over 11 k's through tough terrain and many obstacles, But we came out the other end stronger and fitter and made some friends along the way. The bootcamper's were definitely the fittest bunch there, after all the weeks of training and preparing for the big day it came and we smashed it! very proud of all the bootcamper's and the rest of the participants on finishing the climb. Great day LETS DO IT AGAIN!
