18.01.2022 TODAY’S WORKOUT A few of you missed bootcamp this morning so here’s the workout for you to do later today 5 minutes warmup/stretch ... Set the tabata timer for 10 x 1 minute rounds with 15 secs in between for transitions. You are going to ladder up the reps each minute. So 1 rep of each exercise in the first minute and in round 1 plank for the rest of the minute. Then 2 reps in the second minute and plank for the rest of the minute. Continue on up to 10 reps in the 10th minute. Round 1: KB Swing KB Squat KB Upright row KB o/head press Plank for the remainder of the minute Rest 2 minutes Round 2: on your back on the mat. Holding the KB with arms straight up. As for round 1 but with running instead of planking.
