We have been getting a lot of questions about our outdoor PT sessions, so here's the sum up: If you are within 5km of the studio, you can travel to us for outdoor PT... If you outside the 5km of the studio, we are allowed to travel to you to train you You can do 1 on 1 OR 2 on 1 (workout with a friend) sessions All equipment is wiped down between each client & trainers wear face masks at all times All sessions are tailored to your fitness levels, your goals and your level of craziness Also, if you are within the 5km radius of South Yarra, you can train with Loz on Tuesdays & Thursdays. 19.01.2022 A BIG congrats to one of our superstars, Tahlia, on finally getting to her enlistment date for the Australian Defence Force! Tahls started training with Fit For Life through the ADF program in Feb and continued with FFL over lockdown to shed some body fat and improve her fitness to pass the ADF fitness testing After years of waiting.. & even this year, many unknowns about the enlistment date due to Covid-19/lockdown etc..... 07.01.2022 SWEET POTATO & ZUCCHINI FRITTERS! No cafe eating at the moment is giving us all the missing brunch feels.. so treat yo' self and make some delish fritters at home Serves: 6 fritters... Time: 10-15 minutes Ingredients: 1 egg 200g sweet potato, mashed 200g zucchini, grated 30g almond meal Directions: 1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth 2. Evenly divide mixture into 6 portions 3. Using a non stick fry pan, roll each portion into a ball, place on fry pan and flatten down 4.
