19.01.2022 G'day Members, in line with the latest announcement we will be starting Zoom Classes again from Monday (7am, 12.30pm and 5pm) to Wednesday. Tomorrow's classes are cancelled, but I will post an awesome WOD for you to do at home or in a nearby park. Please check your emails (and spam folder) for an email through Wodify with the Zoom Log in details. While we would much rather coach everyone in person, we will still be there to support everyone during this short hiatus from the gym. We will keep everyone informed as we hear/learn more. Stay safe and see you online Monday (prepare you Odd Object for some action).

08.01.2022 Hi Team, It has been an awesome first week back at the gym - the vibe has been great and its been great fun all round. We have loved seeing everyone back and so keen to train. One thing we do ask is that is that if you reserve a spot in a class (particularly the most popular times - 6am and 5.15pm) we then ask that you do actually turn up. If you cancel your reservation 5 mins before the class (as 3 people did this morning) then there isn't enough time for the people on the ...waitlist to be notified and get to the gym and take your place. We get that life happens, but right now while spaces are limited, if you aren't sure that you will make the class, be considerate and book a less popular time or wait until closer to the class time (when you are sure you can make it) to book your spot. And if you do cancel, please cancel your reservation as soon as you can, to give us the maximum possible notice so one of your friends can train instead. Thanks for being considerate of other members.
