11.01.2022 Strength & Conditioning Training It’s a game changer! Strength, stamina, explosive power, endurance and gains. This method of training is what Athletes use to push themselves past their limits and build lean, mean bodies and become the best at what they do!... I struggle to find a training method that challenges me enough, but combining strength and conditioning definitely works and my program has already built my muscle endurance, stamina, strength and power, whilst still building lean muscle. I have to say that conditioning & strength training definitely suits my mind and body! I feel stronger and more efficient with my energy as I can sustain this energy for longer periods of time. Now don’t get me wrong it’s not all about smashing your body my program has been designed with my individual deficits (weaknesses/needs) in mind, so I complete a warm up that prepares my body for the training and movements I will be doing on any given day. I’n addition to this FORM is EVERYTHING! That’s why before starting my program I conducted a serious of movement assessments and analysis of my posture, so that the training was beneficial to my needs! 07.01.2022 Path to happiness Take the time to think about and write down your core values. these are values that make up who you are as an individual. We all have them, we just have to take the time to understand what they are.... Experience has taught me that if you go against these core values you will definitely end up running into internal struggles. How you climb your way to the top is just as important as getting there. Achieving goals in away that doesn’t align with your core values is a sure way to end up feeling empty and unfulfilled. Are you truly the winner of the race if you tripped the runner beside you up?
