10.01.2022 Does anyone know this person? Please contact crime stoppers @fitlabfit This man has been guilty of REPEATED!! cases of dirty shoes in at FitLab over the last several months. I have been worried about his mental toughness and whether he is up to the punishment he has coming. If anyone thinks he should be punished, please comment below. Also leave appropriate punishment suggestions!

07.01.2022 Hey Gang, everything that can be done is being done to keep you all safe. We will continue to train, until either we are told to it’s time to stop. Or until I, or we as a group decide it’s better to have a break. Remember to was your hands when you arrive and when you leave, this is SUPER important! Don’t forget to bring your towel too.
