16.01.2022 A letter by lego in the 70s "A lot of boys like dolls houses. They’re more human than spaceships. A lot of girls prefer spaceships. They’re more exciting than dolls houses. The most important thing is to put the right material in their hands and let them create whatever appeals to them. This really made me smile.

04.01.2022 For those of you, like me, who are sitting in front of a computer way more these days, here is a great way to loosen off some of that tension in your neck.

03.01.2022 I cannot believe that this week marks 9 years of Fit la Femme bootcamp! To think I started this journey as a little side business to inspire other women and mums to exercise. The size has remained relatively the same but the changes have been immense. I’ve changed the group from being a typical bootcamp that pushes people to work harder to one that works with each individual - considering what they need at the time, whether it’s to slow down or speed up, to work on balance o...r work on strength, to try something new or master something old. We’ve moved between two different parks, two different halls and currently doing things virtually via Zoom but we always make it work. We’ve had babies, kids and even dogs join in too! Ladies have come and gone and some have come back again, but there is a small group who have shown such loyalty and been with me for years and years and I just love all of them to bits. This little business of mine and the women who show up and make it so great have pulled me through many a tough time, have supported me when I needed it most, have made me laugh, have leaned on me and shared their lives with me and have kept me accountable to show up when I didn’t feel like it too. If ever there was a reason to feel successful and blessed, this is it. Looking forward to hitting a decade next year!
