15.01.2022 'Just because you’re strong doesn’t mean you understand how to program or coach' This is a really great quote that I read earlier today. I see a lot of big guys at the gym giving incorrect advice to beginners. These beginners take the advice from the seemingly strong guy because, hey, look how big he is he must be right. This kind of 'bro science' is what leads to misconceptions about strength and performance training and to injuries that are easily avoidable. We don't have a... high concentration of performance/strength coaches here in Australia, guys like Christian Woodford are changing this and not just creating jobs but creating industries. So next time you are at the gym seek out the advice of a professional, don't seek out the guy doing a quarter rep of a 200kg deadlift whiles his friends cheer him on. Head Coach Adam
