16.01.2022 What I like to focus on when goal setting. Performance, body composition and health. These are the 3 core drivers when it comes to fitness that should meet nicely in the middle. ... Sometimes not every circle is evenly thought about in fitness and this can cause an imbalance. For example: if the focus is purely on body composition, the health and performance can often take a hit. Being super lean and having a low body fat can often effect physical, hormonal and psychological health in a negative way and will also impact performance due to low energy levels. I like to ensure these are each focused on for sustainable, enjoyable and long term training benefits.
