Get clear on how you want to feel and think backwards to unveil the actions you can take to FEEL that way. This week I FEEL ... 1. accomplishment 2. energized 3. happy. So I take action by 1. doing a 30 minute HIIT, 2. drink water with lemon and 3. limit my social media use Doing those actions create those feelings for me.. it’s different for everyone and there’s lots of things that can be done to create the desired feelings... if you need some goal setting help, message me!

The Perfect protein packed lettuce cup of goodness When you add more Protein to your meal it can help you to feel fuller for longer, which if you’re anything like me during lockdown, is what is going to help kickstart weight loss & curb the carb cravings! I think it’s a blend of emotional and boredom eating and drinking over the last couple of months and I know I’m not alone! Here’s to feeling great, one meal at a time! ... Recipe: 500 g lean beef mince or pork mince 1 tbsp sesame seed oil 1 cup grated carrot 3 spring onions finely sliced 1 can water chestnuts sliced 2 garlic cloves diced 1 tsp freshly grated ginger 4 tbsp salt-reduced soy sauce 3 tbsp oyster sauce 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds to garnish 1 iceberg lettuce to serve Also added some grated cabbage and zucchini this also goes great with mushrooms! Method: Heat sesame oil in wok over high heat, then add mince. Break up chunks with a wooden spoon. Once mince is browned, add garlic, ginger, veggies, spring onion, water chestnuts and stir fry for a few minutes. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and sweet soy sauce and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and serve in lettuce cups! Garnish with sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds and spring onion! #sanchoybow #healthyfood #yummy #protein #newweek #foodstagram #onemealatatime
