22.01.2022 ATTENTION TO PSC MEMBERS AND GUESTS, As I’m sure most of you are now aware, Sydney’s Northern Beaches has now been placed on high alert from the increase in cases today alone. The NSW Health Minister has implored Northern Beaches residents to stay at home for the next 72 hours until we know more information. At PSC it is so important to us to keep our customers and staff safe, so please be advise that if you live within the hotspots we kindly ask that you do not visit the cen...tre. 09.01.2022 BOYS GYM PROS & CHAMPS Mon-Thurs 5:15pm Sat: 10:45am A step up from Junior Fun. Boys Gym Pros & Champs introduces a more direct focus on specific apparatus. This class also begins to place more of an emphasis on your child's cardiovascular fitness and strength, in addition to teaching your child greater overall body control!... From Gym Pros through to Gym Masters, boys and girls now complete their classes in separate groups in order to best focus on the Men's and Women's apparatus, used internationally in Gymnastics. #gymnastics #classes #boys #fun

07.01.2022 Adult Gym is back on again this week Thursday 15th April! All adults are welcome to come learn some new gymnastic skills. Exercises include mobility, strength and conditioning, basic gymnastic movements such as handstands, forward and backward rolls, cartwheels and plenty more. There will be use of various apparatuses such as foam pits and trampolines to hone your flipping skills. Free time is also available for any personal skills that you want to practice or learn with th...e coach. This social class is for anyone over 18, so bring your friends along! Classes run during school term Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7:30pm to 9:00pm. Classes will run during school holidays based on availability and interest. Its only $20 a class with a deal on for $100 gets you 5 classes, with the 6th one free!

05.01.2022 Last night as a very exciting night for our Directors, Rylee, Rebecca and Alexa who were invited to join the Gymnastics Clubs Association Networking Dinner for the first time in Sydney. Having the opportunity to network with other clubs around NSW as well as meeting the CEO's of the association was very exciting for the girls and they are feeling very excited and motivated to really push Kindygym Australia and Northern Beaches Gymnastics Academy to is full potential with the help of others within the industry. Knowledge is power, support is empowering.

01.01.2022 HOLIDAY WORKSHOPS UPDATE 2020 Good morning PSC families, UPDATED INFORMATION PLEASE READ BELOW: As we are sure most of you are now aware, Sydney’s Northern Beaches has now been placed on high alert from the increase in cases. The NSW Health Minister has implored Northern Beaches residents to stay at home for the next 72 hours until we know more information. Our Summer Vacation Care program will be open today as this falls under an essential service. HOWEVER, if you are booked... in for our vacation care today (18/12) we please ask you do not come to the centre if you do not require our vacation care services urgently. This would mean that parents/guardians who are not considered essential workers (i.e. health workers) are strongly advised to avoid bringing children to vacation care if you can. Regardless of occupation, anyone who has been in a hotspot area listed by NSW Health within the last 48 hours is deemed a close contact and we refuse the right to allow entry if you have been in any of the listed areas.
