Cramp can be caused by dehydration, low potassium, low magnesium, sodium or inadequate carbohydrates. Management of cramps involves stretching, massage plus treatment of the cause.

16.01.2022 COCONUT MACAROONS INGREDIENTS: 6 egg whites 1/4 tsp. sea salt 1/2 cup honey... 1 tbsp. vanilla extract 3 cups coconut flakes DIRECTIONS: In mixing bowl, whisk eggs and sea salt until peaks form in the eggs Add in raw honey, vanilla and coconut Drop batter on to parchment paper on cookie sheet Pinch off each at the top like a chocolate kiss Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 15 mins until lightly browned

08.01.2022 Raw Cacao and Coconut Superfood Bar Ingredients 1/2 cup super cacao powder 1/2 cup super coconut oil 1/2 cup almond butter... 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup toasted shredded coconut 1/4 cup crushed raspberries 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds Directions In a saucepan on low to medium heat, melt down the coconut oil, maple, cacao powder and almond butter. Keep stirring until it is smooth and chocolatey. Prepare a baking tray with baking paper and sprinkle the shredded coconut, almonds and raspberries. Pour the chocolate mixture over the top. Allow it to set and slice up and enjoy! See more

05.01.2022 Coconut Banana Crepes Recipe INGREDIENTS: 4 eggs 1/4 cup coconut flour 1/2 banana... 1 tbsp honey 1/4 cup coconut milk 1/4 cup water DIRECTIONS: Mix all the ingredients into a bowl and stir until combined. Heat a saucepan with butter or coconut oil over medium heat. Pour out 1/2 cup of the batter into the pan. Cook for 2-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and then flip. See more
