Results are typical of the hard work and dedication you are willing to spend in improving your habits that contribute to effective w...eight loss results with physical training as well as an even amount of dedication to what you eat, because its simple, YOU CANT OUT TRAIN A BAD DIET By sharing these, I hope I can help you avoid the same mistakes I made! 1) Many moons ago I spent so much time doing sit-ups and thinking this was the formula the either lose the unwanted belly or think this was truly was the way to having those chiseled abs. Let us know below in the comments I also want to outline that although this article is written from experience, results are typical of the hard work and dedication you are willing to spend in improving your weight loss results as well as an even amount of dedication to what you eat, because its simple, YOU CANT OUT TRAIN A BAD DIET I thought the more I sit-ups I could do the more it would help me lose the belly faster. In reality, all I was doing was building great abs and phenomenal core strength while raising the frustration levels without the belly reduction. It goes without saying that Cortisol levels were on the rise along with the risk of your body simply becoming inflamed. 2) THINKING THAT BY EATING LESS OR STARVING YOURSELF THAT THIS IS A SURE WAY TO LOSE THE WEIGHT. Back then I believed that simply eating less would be effective in helping one to lose weight, but I your body goes into starvation/low battery mode as a survival mechanism. Think of it like this... If you had to travel in your car at a distance of 877kms which is the distance from Sydney to Melbourne, then would you only put $5 of fuel in the fuel tank? No?? Well the human body is more complex and advanced than a motor vehicle so we must fuel our bodies the right way AND with enough energy for a solid workout in order to gain the best weight loss results. 3) I READ TOO MUCH INCORRECT INFORMATION ON THE INTERNET WITHOUT ACTUALLY TESTING METHODS FOR MYSELF AND COMING TO THE CONCLUSION OF WHAT ACTUALLY WORKS FOR MY BODY. I did this because I didnt know any better Well it turns out that it wasted my time because There are more effective ways to achieve weight loss but we must put in the hard work if we want to do it right, look great and actually feel accomplished. Please dont be offended and do not listen or take this to heart, because this information about Protein Powders is not 100% true. ** Firstly do YOU even know what goes into making them? ** Secondly have you seen how they are packaged/made? ** Thirdly have you considered that whey protein is made from unwanted scraps from milk and cheese? We are so blessed to be alive and living and in 2020 I journal 10 different things that I am grateful for every single day... Do you know what this can do for your mind... Your Drive... Despite the impact of COVID-19, his Mobile Personal Training business has... stayed the same size over the last few months and hes kept his staff in jobs In fact, hes done so well over the last two years that hes just bought a house in Sydney for his young family!
