Bernie’s week looks like this : Monday : PT with Ben Thursday : A long walk, usually 5+ kilometres Friday : PT with Ben Saturday : Spin session They are the non negotiables. 19.01.2022 Hey Fitness Life Family, In light of this afternoon's announcements of a statewide lockdown including outdoor activities we will be modifying our approach again to the coming weeks We will immediately begin suspending all memberships and we will provide an opportunity for those that wish to take part in online coaching and group sessions to re-activate their memberships over the coming days. ... As you can imagine this is quite a significant task so please be patient as we begin this process.
