I don't think we will ever quite understand all his star trek speak. But don't change Daisy we love you!

10.01.2022 Let's hear from Joondalup Member Mark Fisher "6WC done and dusted and I think I nailed it! 6 weeks ago I saw pictures of a friend who had just finished the 6WC and that was the catalyst to put all my shame, fears, doubts, bad habits and excuses behind me and finally do what I’ve been wanting to do for so long. ... Big shout out to the FRJ Trainers/coaches/mentors/therapists and administrators of pain for your correction and direction and most of all your encouragement. So many times you’ve seen me struggling for those last reps and you’ve asked/told me to give you one more and somehow I found the last ounce of energy to give you what you asked for. From nearly throwing up and not even being able to drive after my first session to losing 9.3kgs and finishing yesterday’s METCON with 36 seconds to go.
