20.01.2022 These two photos are for you Helen Jurd and for everyone to see what amazing costumes you make. I first meet you when I was 19 doing competitive Aerobics. I thought you were amazing then. When I came to get another costume made, I thought there was no way you could make a better costume then my last. BUT you always proved me wrong. Nothing is ever to much trouble for you. I missed wearing my latest ones this year so I decided to compete on the weekend and had so much fun. I entered 2 divisions so I could wear both costumes. Thank you so much for your support over the years. You are an amazing person.xx

19.01.2022 It’s been 15 years since I was on stage in Las Vegas competing in the Ms Fitness World Competition, modelling gorgeous swimwear and evening wear. We also had to do a fitness routine to prove our strength, flexability and how fit we really were. Nowadays, I’m busy with a few different business ventures, while being a devoted wife and mum of 4 beautiful children..BUT, I can STILL do the exact pose I was doing on stage all those years ago! This photo just proves you are only as old as you feel! If you believe it, you can achieve it!!

Is it any wonder then why so many of these 'pop up gyms' exist and why they initially get so popular only to die a slow death later!! 09.01.2022 Who says you can not go out for breakfast if you are trying to shed a few kilos or eating healthy. It is all about knowing what you should and shouldn’t eat. Y...um smashed avocado with 1 poached egg. I should had 2 poached eggs but I could not fit it in today.... Next time I will have 2 eggs. See more

06.01.2022 This is a fun body weight routine using my Cross-core and step on a beautiful weekend. I did not feel like going to the gym but I wanted to do something. This routine is not part of the "Must Things to do" with STP, it is just a little add on. The routine is aimed at targeting your legs: Quads, Hamstrings, Hips, Glutes, Calves, Core and Cardio. To be completed 3 times through with a 45 sec rest between sets. Enjoy!
