25.01.2022 When a little progress each day, adds up to big results! Hat's off to this lady who runs a pretty full schedule but she stepped up for herself! Even tried cooking a couple new recipes Check out Liv's experience with the 360 coaching! Liv - For the most part it fit into my lifestyle well - I didn’t struggle at all with the breakfast and lunch aspects of it - it was just dinner. I live In a house with others and we all generally eat dinner together every night so it was wei...rd eating something different to them every night.. but apart from that it was really good. Meal prep is my new favourite.. I don’t have to spend masses of money through the week and my food is there for me at all time! Did you at all feel like you were on a restrictive 'diet' while following the program? Not a bit! I enjoyed all of the finer things in life while completing this. It was just being conscious about what I would like to eat during the day and making sure that I could include it without going over/affecting my other meals! <3 What did you love most about the program? What did you find most helpful? The supportive group of women.. I didn’t feel like I was as alone, even though I wasn’t able to chat as much - sharing ideas of what everyone was eating helped so much! What results did you notice from week 1 to now ? Even though my weight/measurements haven’t changed - my motivation is through the roof to better myself! I’m wanting to wake up in the morning and I’m always making an effort to find time to exercise - even though things aren’t changing.. oh but they did , my girl "I’m looking in the mirror and seeing my body as a positive and not a negative because I know I’m feeding it what it needs" Biggest takeaway, What did you learn? That I am capable! That I can do it.. that I don’t have to give up my life in order to achieve results. My mental health is much better, my physical health is much better and I am so happy to be feeling me again" Just when you thought there was not much change?! Another great outcome from a women choosing to have a go at becoming her best!



25.01.2022 Holy Moly , to say that I am proud would be an understatement!! Read how Caitlin achieved these amazing results in just 3 weeks! Caitlin - "I found the first initial week to be a little challenging but once I figured out what I can eat & macro counting I seemed to be on track the second week. Also found how meal preparation makes a big difference throughout the week. " ... Did you at all feel like you were on a restrictive diet while following the program? 100% not at all. I was still eating my bread, ice cream and chocolate but it’s all about learning and what fits into your calories without going over. I found being able to still eat chocolate I wasn’t craving any sweet treats because I allowed for it (not every day mainly just weekends) What did you love most about the program, what did you find helpful? I loved the fact it was easy too follow once I got my head around it after the first few days. Loved that everyone was so supportive when it came to snacking or other food alternatives. Also having our weekly catch ups were great because we were able to share our week with everyone What results did you notice from week 1 to now? I found my energy levels had changed and even when exercising I noticed a difference. I’m more in control of my body and feeling confident in myself. Biggest takeaway? I learnt how much food actually impacts your body and how quickly your body adapts not just physically but also mentally. - - No secret diet pill and no BS! Just a girl willing to follow the steps and align her nutrition with her energy output! Well done beautiful , so grateful to be a part of your journey! <3

This is a favourite at 360 and with great reason! Do you agree? Always striving for her best but her real talent is helping others get the best of themselves! About Laura: Q1: What's your favourite meal ? Dinner for sure - so many choices and love having something big, hearty, full of veggies and carbs - YUMM!... Q2: What has been one of your biggest hurdles? Overcoming an injury with multiple setbacks, both physically and mentally - picking myself up from rock bottom and trying my best EVERY single day no matter what the outcome the day before! Q3: What is one piece of advice you would give to anyone wanting make 2021 the year they focus on their health & fitness? Just do it - you will never invest in anything greater than your own health and happiness and DO NOT give up - day by day, little by little, every single small positive action you take will lead to HUGE wins/results. Make yourself a priority and never settle for anything less. Q4: What are you most looking forward to this year? Working with like minded women every single day to help them achieve their own health and fitness goals, whilst continuing to work on my own personal health and fitness goals and finally getting to marry my other half - hopefully in Feb (thanks to COVID ) Q5: What are my strengths? Ability to cop it on the chin, feel the emotions needed and reset my mindset and continue to help lift others up around me when needed. 13.01.2022 Tuesday Recipe! WHAT YOU NEED: 1 zucchini, grated 1 medium banana 150g cane sugar... 60ml extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp. vanilla extract 2 eggs 200g oat flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. baking soda WHAT TO DO: 1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl, stir together zucchini, banana, sugar, oil, vanilla, and egg. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Add the flour mixture to the zucchini mixture, and stir well to combine. 3. Spoon batter into prepared pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes until an inserted wooden spoon comes out clean. Cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan and cool on a wire rack. YUM, YUM, YUM! P.S. 10.01.2022 Hey!! Ash here, I just want to share a little story with you. I never used be able to run more than 500m non stop! Believe it or not, but I used tell myself "I can't run" ! Pffft who do I think I am .. UNTIL - I just tried. I started small and than slowly I added a little extra distance. I remember the first time I ran 3kms non stop and I was over the moon! I thought 'I've done it! I have hit my peak and then it slipped to a friend that "I went for a run this morning" and ...she said oh we should go for a run together ! Now I knew this chick was fit and it sacred me to say yes but I had opened my big trap now hadn't I! So sure enough, we tee'd up a time to 'go for that run' and you know what the bee.eye. tee. see. haych did?! She made me run 5kms!!! I never told her how far my runs were but she never doubted that I could go for 5kms, so we did 5kms. MORAL to this story - sometimes it is our limiting beliefs that hold us back from reaching our truest potential Just think what you could be capable of if you just tried and stopped telling yourself ; I can't or I am not! 09.01.2022 1 YEAR MEMBER SHOUTOUT Celebrating this queens first year with Fitness360! What motivated me to give 360 a try? I was seeing how happy my mum was when she started and hearing her talk about how it's so enjoyable and that I should consider joining. And she definitely wasn't wrong! ... Comparing myself from the day I started to now would definitely be a big change mentally as I've learned what is most beneficial both physically and mentally for myself, and knowing what is needed to be done for me to reach any goals of mine. I think it's fair to say we've all scored well having Ash & Laura as our trainers because they're so welcoming and understanding and also encourage us to be our best selves. But one thing I love about Fitness360 is the enjoyment I get out of it and how good I feel after a session. Advice from Shiloh ; Just go for it! We all know how hard it some days can be to find the motivation or the drive but Bree has showed up each day and held onto her goals even during ISO! Bree started with the 360 crew looking to build some strength and increase her fitness and 12 months on she has even added in some running goals and broke through one of her fears! 02.01.2022 Choosing your toppings & what to consider ... When choosing your snacks, consider these few questions first. 1. Will this satisfy me until my next meal? 2. Do I want this to help 'fuel' me for the day or just 'fix' this pocket of boredom? 3. Is this going to help me reach my bodies nutrition needs?... 4. Do I really know what is this? It's important to find snacks that you enjoy but also snacks are convenient and practical for your lifestyle. A staple in our household is rice cakes - they are a super easy option and the topping can be changed up! We encourage you to ensure the snack is filling so that you are not hungry again in 10 mins which can sometimes lead to over eating between meals and thus over eating most days.
