17.01.2022 The golf swing uses around 600 muscles and 300 joints in our bodies and the shoulders play a huge part. The movement in this joint is amazing. The shoulder works incredibly well within in its own parameters. But too much movement outside of its parameters and like anything used incorrectly will eventually start to break down, causing pain and may even lead to surgery. Fitness 4 Golfers helps not only improve your game but also helps get you back to feeling your best on and off the course.

11.01.2022 The golf swing is a very powerful physical movement, it's right up there with the hammer throw, they swing more weight, we golfers swing more times unfortunately. You lower back is a relatively stable set of joints, if a golfer does not have the correct mobility or stability in other areas of the body related to the golf swing it can put a lot of pressure on the lumbar area causing all sort of problems. A bad back is so debilitating not just on the course but in life too, now is the time get it sorted, get in touch to organise a golf specific physical evaluation and work your way towards a more enjoyable game of golf.
