Please help me I'm about to blow my macros on this re...cipe by @run2food Its totally vegan of course, gluten free, oil free AAANND you don't even have to bake it Makes: 9 slices (122 cal, P: 7g, F: 6g C: 8g ) INGREDIENTS: Base: 3 tablespoons vegan vanilla protein powder (I used macr0mike ) 2 tablespoons coconut flour 1/2 cup dairy-free vanilla yoghurt (I used sodelicious cashew) Choc mousse filling: 1/2 cup dairy-free vanilla yoghurt 80g dairy-free chocolate, melted (I used bennettonaturalfoods dark) 3 tablesooons vegan vanilla protein powder *Optional: extra maple syrup to sweeten METHOD: 1. Line a small container with non-stick paper 2. Make the base: mix all ingredients for the base together until a cookie dough consistency. Spread as an even layer in the prepared container. Freeze whilst you make the next layer 3. Make the chocolate mousse filling: melt the chocolate, then stir in the yoghurt and protein powder until smooth and homogenous. Spread this over the top of the base. (Optional you can add some decorations - I kept it simple and just used raspberries) 4. Freeze for at least 3 hours until the filling is firm before slicing *Storage tips: In an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for months, allowing it to have at room temp for 10 mins before serving

11.01.2022 MASK & GYM PROTOCOLS: As of 11:59pm Sunday 2nd August, face coverings will need to be worn by all Victorians when they leave home, unless they have a lawful exception. What this means for the gym (Taken from the DHHS Website): If you are doing exercise or a physical activity where you are out of breath or puffing, such as jogging or running, you do not need to wear a face covering. You must carry a face covering with you and wear it before and after you exercise. If you ...are doing exercise or a physical activity where you are not out of breath or puffing, such as walking, then you must wear a face covering. If you have a lawful excuse such as a medical condition, where it would be dangerous for your breathing to be obstructed while walking around, then you do not need to wear a face covering. It is important that you keep 1.5 metres between yourself and others while exercising, even when wearing a face covering. After clarification with Fitness Australia, the following applies for Fitness 4U: A face covering MUST be worn before and after exercise. In the gym: You MUST wear a face must UNLESS you are anticipating you will be out of breath or puffing. This is interpreted on an individual basis, as different movements and intensities are felt at different levels by a person. In classes: Same as above. If you are anticipating the movements undertaking in class will make you short of breath or puffed, you do NOT need to wear a mask. However, you must wear a mask before and after class and at all other times. In the pool: You do NOT need to wear a mask whilst swimming or in Water Aerobics (Traralgon Club). Whether you are wearing a mask or not, you MUST physically distance between other members. Instructors do NOT need to wear a mask when teaching a class to allow for clear instructions and cues. Staff will be wearing a mask at all other times except when talking to members who have hearing impairments that require lip reading. I'm gonna make a whole batch of these and not share with anyone I'll arm wrestle ...anyone who tries to take these away from me!!! FROOOOTTHHH #recipe by @mainlymonica BASE: - Oreos (100g) - Macr0mike Choc PB protein powder (60g) - Coconut yoghurt (80g) MOUSSE: - Coconut yoghurt (200g) - Cacao powder (20g) - Macr0mike Choc PB protein powder (30g) TOPPING: - White chocolate (60g) - Oreos, crushed (40g) METHOD: Line a loaf tin with baking paper and set aside. Add the oreos and protein powder to a food processor and blitz and until almost completely broken down. Add the coconut yoghurt and blend again until a soft sticky dough forms. press the dough into the bottom of the tin and set aside. In a medium bowl add the cacao powder and protein powder and mix until well combined. Add the coconut yoghurt and mix until completely mixed through and thick mousse forms. Spread the mousse over the top over the base evenly. sprinkle the crushed ore ros i’ve the top of the mousse, set aside. Add the white chocolate to a small cup and melt in 2-3x30 sec increments in the microwave, stirring in between. Pour and evenly spread out the white chocolate over the mousse and crushed oreos. Place in the fridge to set for 1-2 hrs, slice into desired size pieces and enjoy!
