Did you know the shoulder has many functions? Try this exercise and perform slowly, feel the difference? Tight shoulders can lead to neck or back pain.... Start gently and try different options... Option A Lift your knees up and lower to 90 angle. Start lifting front knee and lift as high as possible. When you reach full range of motion move your other leg too and rock to the other side. You can stretch your glutes from this position too. Move slowly and controlled. Hands on the ground for support and easier movement Option B Same as before, but arms in front of you. Again, the slower the better! Challenge your range of motion and glutes by moving slowly. Option C Hands up! Challenge your upper back and shoulder mobility. Same as before but focus on keeping your back straight. Imagine youre holding a barbell in your hands. Hows that for your hips?
